Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I was unable to make my previous appointment due to work commitment. When I attempted to reschedule a new appointment, I was told to call every day and hopefully for a cancellation opening. Having to repeatedly call instead of being offered a waiting list or a future appointment is inconvenient and unprofessional. It gives the impression that the business isn’t interested in accommodating existing customers I will be looking elsewhere for service.
