I’ve known and worked with Megan for the past decade to purchase and sell properties around Fairbanks. I’ve found her to be honest, hardworking and completely trustworthy. She’s the only realtor I recommend to my friends and family. As long as she’s still working, she’s the only realtor I will call upon in the future.

Megan assisted me with some real estate questions, while I’ve never purchased through her, I did appreciate all the knowledge she was able to provide.

I live out of state and was selling my duplex in Alaska while working. Megan Quan went above and beyond with the sale. She makes sure the house shines and shows off all of its amazing attributes. When it came to fixes, issues or repairs she was on top of getting them done asap and communicating with the general contractor directly. This helped me tremendously due to not being present. We had the place posted and sold so fast and for more than we asked. The whole experience was easy and genuinely she just cares so much!
