I thought that Megan Murray was nice until I actually needed help! She isn't very nice, extremely cold and judgmental. Medical staff shouldn't be making judgment calls if the patient has an issue that they aren't versed in. This is when you should offer a referral to someone who can help the patient instead of attempting to ruin all chances of the patient actually receiving help!
