I experienced a wonderful visit. It’s always nerve wracking when you are experiencing the unknown and are in need of a specialist. Check In was seamless, the individual was kind, courteous and friendly. She explained all the forms I was signing and what steps would follow. The MA was friendly, chatted with me, finished her tasks in a timely manner. My wait for Dr Mackenzie was short. She was extremely friendly, kind, funny.
