Just called to ask if I could make an appointment, and for some reason I was treated like a criminal for simply asking if I could pay for a procedure because I know my insurance won't cover it. I literally just needed information, and this strange woman accused me of trying to commit fraud just for asking if I could pay for it if my insurance didn't. I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Kaufman. Cameron was very nice with getting me checked in, updating my records, & asking bout any concerns I want to address. Dr. Kaufman, is very thorough with her exams. She really knows her stuff. She always listens, takes care of my concerns & provides great care!!
