Megan sold us our home 16 years ago and kept in touch all of these years. We went with her again to buy our new home and she is the very best!

Megan was very helpful and insightful in the sale of my house. I took a new job out of state and she helped me facilitate all the buyer requests and repairs needed to get an older house to close. She proactively communicated all the steps so I never felt like I was guessing as to what was coming next. I appreciated the extra attention and willingness to get the sale over the finish line.
Megan is the sweetest person and very knowledgeable. I feel she is trust worthy and honest. We had several bumps in the road after an offer was accepted and the inspector came out. We found that several things needed to be remedied which were very unexpected. (A large retaining wall needed to be replaced and a small bathroom had a water damage problem under the sink.)
