Had an appointment at 2. She refused to see me because she didn't have the time because of the paperwork which was done and filled out by 2:02.
Dr. Jacobson made me feel comfortable as soon as I met her. She is thorough and listened to all my concerns. Her nurse and staff are very polite and helpful.

I dumped her as my doctor after my first visit. I will never use her again. She wouldn't listen to me as a patient. Just a horrible experience.
