May have been in a rush acted as if she was I a hurry. Confused me with another patient or at least another injury when I called in. Sent for an mri but never called and given the results. I saw them in the portal But was told could take up to two weeks to get them. Lies and no empathy no reason to return,
Dr Jacobson was kind, thorough and concise. A great experience and thankful she’s my PCP.
