Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a physician. This clinic was incapable of completing a prior authorization for more than 4 months. In the middle of being transitioned to a new medication that significantly impacts my quality of life, Dr Milne decided it was appropriate not to honor my appointment in June and I was told she wouldn’t see me until October. I absolutely loved Dr. Milne! She didn’t rush my visit she listened answered any and all questions was very thorough. Even though they were running behind in their office. I would give her more than just five stars. She was awesome! Thank you!

I would give zero stars if I could. My General Practitioner and a Hemotologist referred me to Dr Milne after a blood test showed I have an autoimmune disease. After waiting 3 weeks and calling twice to schedule an appointment, I was told this morning that even though I was approved through insurance and had 2 referrals, she has “declined” to see me.
