Megan has worked with us on a few home transactions, both buying and selling. I couldn't imagine going through either process without her on your side. Megan has the highest level of professionalism, integrity and industry knowledge that makes working with her a dream! Megan has so much experience in the industry that she brings so much more to the table than any other agent I've ever worked with! There are so many agents out there to choose from but hands down there is ZERO chance any are better than Megan!

Megan is truly professional. She is as warmhearted a person as one can meet. I've photographed several properties for her and I find her to be generous, considerate and a wonderful communicator. Megan may be the most patient, professional person I have ever worked with. Throughout my home buying experience (and it was a LONG one), at no point did I feel pressured to do something I didn't want to do. Megan DiBartolo is the best realtor we've ever had. She is such a hard worker with integrity and professionalism. We are military and have used many realtors. I didn't think a person like this existed. She cares and is miticulous about everything. She will fight for you. We were native Californians buying a home in Austin. Let me first say that we knew next to nothing about Texas nor did we know a soul there. Megan was a referral from a colleague, and what can I say: She is the best realtor my husband or I had ever had the pleasure of working with. Megan sold our home in 7 days! It had been on the market for 9 months with NO offers with another real estate agent. When we listed the home with The Winnett Group, Megan took beautiful pictures and made an excellent online virtual tour and professional brochures. She handled all showings and provided feedback within 6 hours. Her attention to detail made the sales process run much more smoothly. Megan does what she says she will do and often exceeds that.
