Megan is not nice anymore . She use too be being nice . She too Demanding . Her nursing are rude Aggressive . Trying have good communication with them . Unfortunately this office has changed over the years. Office management is unkind and unfriendly. I haven’t seen a Dr at this practice is a couple years because every time I have attempted to make an appt. I end up frustrated with their office staff. Today, I call to request them approving an order from another Dr for a second breast screening because of an abnormal result. They would require me to come in although I am healthily. LOVE Dr. Gillem and the whole USMD Flower Mound clinic! Went from being a staff to patient. Not only is Dr. Gillem a great provider to work with, she's an amazing provider to her patients as well.
