Megan is amazing! She was very responsive, helpful, and thorough. She was great to work with. The advice she gave us helped us sell our house in a weekend with multiple offers. She was also very aggressive (within reason) when we put in our offer on our dream home. I would recommend her to anyone.
Megan did an excellent job advising on the status of the market which was soft at the time that we started. She worked with other agents to set up an open house twice and received feedback from them which was helpful. There was very little staging needed but she did a nice professional job . My husband and I can’t say enough great things about our realtor, Megan. We reached out to her a few months before we listed to make sure we were doing everything correct, and she was extremely helpful talking us through things. When it was time to find a home she was always available, she knew so much about the area and really helped put us at ease to make the home search, and buying process less stressful. We highly recommend using Megan!
