Terrible company, they’re just after your deposit.
Our experience has been of the grossest and heartless!! We were locked out initially because they gave us the wrong keys and no one in the office was available. They didn’t fix our maintenance issues, and with the pandemic they have a $25 break! Are you kidding me? Do not rent from them!!
Poor service. Maintenance Department never completed any repairs in a timely manner, if corrected at all. And you can’t fix anything yourself or hire a professional; they’ll fine $$ you for unauthorized repairs.
Tried to stop by one of their properties couple of times and struggled to get in the property. Their system is very poor it does not read your location to send you the code to access. This gave us a bad impression about this company, as no way to reach them through phone everything goes to a robot. Please try to work on that instead of waisting people’s time!
Holly is so unprofessional the whole team don’t care everything in my apartment is bad people try to break in at least 3 times a week none of my lights work and there not light bulbs it’s wire connections witch is a electrical problem
