Dr. Shannon is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable provider. She truly takes time to listen to me. I can text her office with questions and for refills. She is the first provider in 35 years that really understands my condition. She partnered with me to figure out a treatment plan for my IC/BPS. I follow her treatment protocol to the letter and I feel so much better now. Thanks to Dr. Shannon-I have my life back!
