This company is a very bad company. We lived there for years and they accused us of having roommates when we never did. I have adistic son and she never cared about the situation. So now we can't live there. Cause we put our two weeks noticed in and accuses us of having roommates.and now we live in a motel and they would not listen to us when we tried to talk to them and now we are like homeless I put over 6000 into the place to get in and that's how they are and no care at all
Do not apply if you have any military housing history - it can count as "unfavorable" and "unverifyable" if they cannot directly reach them. Also, if your previous landlord doesn't fill out every single line in their reference (which some places just don't answer all the questions, I was told) it also counts as unfavorable.
