I cannot recommend Megafit enough. The coaches here treat you like family and after over a year of going multiple times a week, I’m still getting challenged. (As in, can barely walk up the stairs type of challenged) I’ve never felt stronger or more confident in my body and I’m so glad I found such an amazing studio. Gerry, the owner, is absolutely incredible!

If you want to completely transform your body and challenge yourself, you have to try Megafit. After an injury, I returned and recommitted to MegaFit with their monthly membership. By just going to class 3-4x a week for the last two months, by body composition has completely changed and my posture has improved in ways I never thought were possible. One stop workout location for those who are looking for instructor led body toning, and resistance training. Little bit learning is needed in few sessions earlier, but then it’s full body workout in one session..

Great quality food especially for someone trying to stay on track and hit goals!! Makes eating on the go so much easier. Prep has never been so easy!
