I have worked with MegaCorp a few times and I am very satisfied their services.. Prompt responses and very professional.. Definitely would like to continue to work them for our future loads..

At this company works broker Tyler Becker, fully unprofessional and rude broker ever. Doesn't care about drivers' time. He can sell the load while it is not ready, he doesn't pay any compensation for delays. There is a farm In Trenton, FL supplying watermelons to distribution centers. Tyler sold the load picking up here. When the driver arrived, there were over 40 trucks waiting to be loaded. Tyler promised that he will pay detention for any delays. Another reason to get rid of brokers. These liars had me drive 200 miles to find out from the shipper that Megacorp was told it wouldn't be ready until the next day.....guess who won't pick it up tomorrow??? I hate liars. There should be fines to these bush league brokers.

Tractor trailer Drivers beware!! I was screwed out of my full pay after picking up and delivering a load on time. $200.00 deducted. Denied my trailer washout fee (half). And my detention for about 12 hours at the final. They claim I didn’t answer each and every time they called. I kept them updated by calling them. I downloaded their tracking app and activated it. Horrible Services, was the first caller on a load and was in process of booking it when Broker Said ITS COVERED, after he was dragging his time and haven't told me anything about the load. Very unprofessional and Scammy brokers and this isn't the first time this has happened. !

They don’t answer emails and phone calls when they owe you. They owe me 12hr detention and 48hr layover. This is the reason why manny drivers have to quit
