Guys, what a GEM. I was stuck in insane traffic trying to make my way to my usual nail salon, and there was no way I'd make it on time. I called up maybe 5-7 salons in the Arcadia area, and this was the only one that had availability at 6p. The salon is discrete, a little hole in the wall business and not crazy fancy or flashy. Disappointed with the service. I was told walk-ins were welcome, but after my pedicure, I was forced to wait an hour for a manicure—only to be skipped for someone who came in after me. I waited the full hour and still walked out without getting my nails done. Unorganized and disrespectful of customers' time.

It’s extremely awful. Don’t go!!!!! The workmanship was extremely poor. The nail surface was visibly uneven, with multiple missing and chipped areas, and in some places the polish wasn’t even fully applied. The overall result looked incomplete and very unprofessional. What made the experience worse was the attitude. The staff were unable to accept any constructive feedback.
