I really like this new place especially Kelly she makes amazing artwork. Everybody that works there takes their time to work on you cuz I do your personal time for you and it's very nice and clean and very respectful
Nail service here was a pleasant surprise. I came in for a simple ombré french manicure and the nail tech was super attentive and took her time to get it right. They make sure to ask you along the way if color, shape and length are to your liking. The nail tech who did my pedicure also cleaned well and gave a nice massage with full effort. I go in for a monthly mani/pedi. It's simple--but they do an excellent job. They have an extensive menu for all of you who want something more complicated. I make an appointment because they seem like they have a consistent clientele--plus they take walk-ins. The place is clean. The women are nice. I don't have a go-to person. Each of them delivers the same quality service, which is great. Prices are fair.
Guys, what a GEM. I was stuck in insane traffic trying to make my way to my usual nail salon, and there was no way I'd make it on time. I called up maybe 5-7 salons in the Arcadia area, and this was the only one that had availability at 6p. The salon is discrete, a little hole in the wall business and not crazy fancy or flashy. Disappointed with the service. I was told walk-ins were welcome, but after my pedicure, I was forced to wait an hour for a manicure—only to be skipped for someone who came in after me. I waited the full hour and still walked out without getting my nails done. Unorganized and disrespectful of customers' time.
