Bad customer service and tried to over charge for items not received. Jacob S is the employee I delt with. I went in to purchase a Mac mini and a keyboard and I asked specifically if they honored online prices and they stated they would. I let the girl know that I could get the Mac mini for $499 online wanted to purchase, I asking a second time if they honored online prices and both her and Jacob S agreed that they would. Quite shocked by how bad the customer service was here. Front staff was not very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel confident in any of the information I was given or answers to my questions. Seemed like a lot of guessing was involved. Brought my phone in to have a battery replaced (because the battery health dropped below 80 not because there was an issue with my phone) and after several hours came back to find out none of their “official OEM Apple iPhone 12 replacement batteries” were compatible with my phone, an iPhone 12.
