Very confusing. There is no mega bus stop sign there.
Pros: When you call customer service to resolve an issue, someone on the other end would typically pickup promptly. Cons: Where do I begin? Unclear communication from their website and booking confirmation emails. Who knew that Coach Canada owns and operates MegaBus? Definitely not me as there was not a single mention of it anywhere in the multiple communications I received.
