i put a order nearly 3 months ago ,im still waiting for my product....not happy at alllllllll
Sent you an email on 9th May to inquire about the status of one of my order that was due to be delivered on 3rd week of April . No reply what so ever yet . Nothing .

Instead of cancelling one of my items ( Posca 8 colour pens pack ) due to out of stock - you substitute the order with 8 individual pens. I appreciated that greatly!
