Not coming here anymore; just not the standard I expect. For a SHORT time when it first opened it was nice; the customer service is non-existent, the prices are increasing and wigs and other products require a store associate to unlock/bring it out so again- customer service.
Terrible customer service. The store closes at 5:50PM not 6:00PM. I arrived at 5:50PM and was refused entry. If I had known they had this policy, I would’ve gone to another store that actually honors their posted hours. And judging by the reviews, it seems I’m not the only one with this experience. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.
High prices. Poor customer service. Bad experience overall. Everything is over priced. Everything is locked up with no one to help you in site. I mean even a $2.49 comb. Which would be $.99 everywhere else. I will NEVER shop there again.
