My favorite hair store, all my family and friends from SC stops here before leaving to go back home.
It’s off the exit and largest beauty supply in the area so people are going to come and spend regardless which sucks. The customer service sucks. No acknowledgment walking in, if needing help while shopping, or checking out. There’s stuff all over the place and in the isles - always, every month, year in, year out. Male employees (not sure if owners or who they are but clearly not the check out girls) standing in the isles with carts, boxes, etc and will tune you allllll the way out; won’t speak, say excuse me, or clear isle... read more
