Absolutely horrible customer service! I was looking at some nails that were in a cart when I was approached by an associate she asked if I had got the nails from the cart and I replied yes she then snatched them from my hands and told me I can’t do that. They have lost me as a customer DO BETTER!!
The store is large and has a great selection; however, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I prefer supporting businesses that value their customers.
Horrible customer service. She didn’t even say Hi or thank you.
My favorite hair store, all my family and friends from SC stops here before leaving to go back home.
