As manager of this facility there have been some problems with one part of the building and we are trying to address the issues with the builder in an amicable manner. We are truly sorry that this has taken longer than expected. Any units we are renting in climate control are clean and mildew free. We strive to run a customer friendly business to meet all of our communities needs. If any customers have any concerns feel free to call and give me the opportunity to address them in a proper forum. Public alert. multiple indoor units have mold and mildew problems. Units are now being inspected by Insurance adjusters. This has been going on since early Summer. Storage Renters of climate controlled unit beware. Big problems over there. My contents are full of mold and mildew.
