My hand’s nails are two completely different lengths, they’re so different it’s embarrassing. And they charged me way over what they quoted at the start AND over the phone.

Terrible place ! It started out good and has now gone to outright unpleasant & bad . I’ve been using their mani-pedi services a few times a year for past 4 years . I always got gel paint. My experience each time fell anywhere between terrible to not-bad . Depending on who among their staff is assigned on the day , it can be anything from not bad to terrible :( ! Not consistent. Went here for gel x full set (almond) and pedicure. The tech did not know how to fully set and cure my nails. She had to redo my thumb nail 2 times and each time had to file them down. And then if the gel didn’t fully cover my nails she’d try to go in a fill it in after the fact. At the point I’m like okay let’s just stick with something you know how to do.
