I was really excited to find a fairly priced cleaning service with such great reviews but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I paid my deposit and asked to reschedule 2 hours before the clean (texted right away in the morning) when I got called into the office urgently. Haley claimed some 48 hour cleaning notice required or you lose your refund. She also claimed she emailed it but when asked to forward she never did. Haley is amazing! She is fast and very thorough. I will definitely use her services from now on!
Haley did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment! She was very flexible with her arrival time and did an absolutely fantastic job, paying special detail to cleaning up all of the dog hair. She is incredibly trustworthy and I would recommend Mega Maids to anyone in DFW!
