I had an issue with a sofa recliner. I contacted customer service about my problem. The customer service was great. The lady Liz was helpful and got right on it!!! I recommend Mega Furniture.
Purchased reclining couches that the armature frame got bent on. Contacted distribution and was able to get repaired under warranty with no issues. Handled very efficiently by the mega furniture team. Did take some time for the supplier to parts available.
I bought several pieces of furniture from mega furniture back in November of 2024. I had some issues with the bed regarding the center support beam. I spoke with Veronica and she was very helpful with fitting me in for a repair. They sent their technician out promptly to fix the problem. We'll see if that solves it, but either way they were prompt and helpful in getting the problem solved.
First, I want to thank Veronica for always being helpful, very responsive and friendly. I really appreciated her attention to the issues we had and for following through to make sure they all got resolved!! She provided great customer service and always had a positive attitude - that seems so rare anymore when dealing with customer service reps.
