Useless company. 1. They forgot to put my phone number on the order, so the destination struggle and the shipment was delayed and I was about to incur charges if I did not sk and keep waiting them to call me, in which they can't call me.. 2. I saw them fighting with many customers in the phone. They have issues with other ssubcontractors like a company called AGS.. 3. They don't know how to assess the cubic meter. Everyone gave different values with big difference..

Mega Freight has shown a complete lack of professionalism and basic logistics competence. They failed to arrange a proper pickup for my cargo — sending a driver without any scheduled appointment — then tried to blame me and charge me extra for their own mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind excuses and pushed unfair costs onto the customer. I even had to personally deliver my cargo to their subcontractor to avoid further delays — yet they still demanded cartage fees for a service they FAILED to deliver. ... read more
