The haircuts themselves are fine, the atmosphere and interaction with Betty is miserable. This woman had so many comments about my children. Got my middle son in the chair and said oh you’re the forgotten one you don’t ever get anything all you get is hand me downs etc. That is so inappropriate and Unprofessional. I tried de-escalate the situation and but everything I said this woman had a counter argument for. Thank God, I was standing by my son hearing all of this, he was almost in tears about the whole situation.
I walked in without an appointment and they worked me in in less than an hour. I love my haircut. I wish I had gotten the lady's name that cut my hair so I could mention her name. She did a great job 👍
