Washing machine doesn’t use any soap and dryer power is very weak. They should definitely fix those things to satisfy customers.
Really good experience, employee is really hard working and uses a brush to scrub the tires and car before putting it through. I've never seen such good customer service at any other location. They also have a great deal on the monthly passes.
The person who works here is very rude no customer service skills at all. It appears that they use recycled water as the car never comes out clean. When you purchase the month pass he questions why you come so often but it has been raining lately and I live in north Oakville where there is tons of construction and cars get filthy. People purchase a monthly pass to get their cars washed often and for no other reason. We should not be questioned rudely in fact.
The car wasn’t cleaned properly, and when we attempted to clean it again, the staff stopped us and behaved rudely . it was a disappointing experience with terrible customer service..
