Fast, efficient and friendly.
Osmen and his brother Omar really went out of their way for me. This is a family run shop that knows what they’re doing. I had a flat tire and Osmen, just walking around about his day, stopped just to help me out, even brought some tools from out of his shop to my car and try to repair the situation at the spot. I once got a flat tire and Osmen from Mega City Auto was responsive and provided assistance immediately in my hour of greatest need. He’s a great guy and he will take care of you and your car. He provided a lot of solid advice which goes to show how thorough and attentive he is to your car and its issues. I recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
