From start to finish our experience with Mega Carpet Cleaning Service was incredible. Our inquiry was responded to extremely quickly and we were scheduled in within a week. The window for the cleaning was confirmed well in advance and the technician arrived within the window on the day of and did an amazing job. The process was seamless from start to finish and contact was super easy. We will definitely be using them again and would recommend to anyone looking to get carpets cleaned!
Great experience! They gave an in-house quote on short notice and booked an appointment within a couple days of my first call. Quick, careful, and effective work (they took extra care on a few troublesome spots on my carpets) with friendly service. Definitely recommended!
