Mega came out and said it would cost $758 to fix my leaking refrigerator. I gave them a $350 deposit. I did not hear from them for 10 days. I called 3 times. They finally came out after i told them I was leaving town. As far as I can tell, the work is good. The technician was polite. So I have given them 4 stars, one deduction for poor communications.
Our dryer would not start so I called Mega Appliance Repair Ocean for assistance. The appliance service technicians who came by to assist me nailed it. It turned out that the door switch was the one to blame so he replaced it. I am so amazed by the professionalism and expertise of their technician in handling my concern.
