This company and its affiliates, Real Agent Pro, ********* *, and ****, represent everything I teach my employees not be. I am embarrassed to have spent a penny on their services. The communication and customer service is incredibly unprofessional. I have had numerous issues with this company beginning in December 2018 that have yet to be resolved. This is a scam. We were promised a set number of QUALIFIED sellers in North Texas. What we got in return for $1500 a month: 1) Bogus leads 2) Sellers that told us they'd told agent pro they weren't interested 3) Leads from out of state 4) ISAs that were not licensed in our state per state licensing requirements. This company was a Scam!! Was told one thing and Never delivered. Now they are threatening my family and our well being!! They are stating that they are now going to send our account to the Credit bureau for non payment!! Non payment of what? Terrible stay far away
HUGE waste of money! We were taken for over $7,700! Nothing but empty promises! They talk a good talk and sound like they know what they are doing, but the bottom line is 0 viable leads! Even set us up to talk to leads that were already in real estate firms hands! Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!
Absolutely horrible company! If I could give them less than one star I most certainly would. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!! They get you to sign with them and then don't follow through on anything they promise. We have had 4 ISA's since June 4th. The last person we had, literally gave me the same "script" almost word for word to try and convince us to stay with their service. This company lies and makes sales promises. They take your money and run! Can never get anyone on the phone to address issues. Their ISA's bully potential sellers into appointments and make you look bad! We were promised a refund but as expected, they did not deliver. Stay away from this company!!

The service works best when we work together to ensure all activity is aligned to clients specific needs. We have been using Mega Agent Pro for over a year and we are seeing great results. It does take time to get things up to the speed, but considering these are seller leads with their own timelines and it makes sense that it will take time to see results. Once we started working with our account executive more often then the program started delivering more appointments that I converted to listings. I strongly recommend their services for any agent who wants to leverage their time and efforts.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. The very worst in Customer service. If I offered the same service I would be out of business, not sure why they are not. Should be investigated for consumer fraud as far as I am concerned. I gave them every opportunity to work through the problems. Sent emails to customer service asking to speak to someone.
