I worked with Meg for three months, meeting twice a month for enjoyable and encouraging counseling-hikes. She helped me make a lot of small changes in my diet and lifestyle, which have resulted in significant changes in my health, confidence and well-being. I was referred to Meg by another wellness practitioner for some help with persistent and frustrating health issues. As a health coach, she is highly intuitive, an exceptional listener and reflector, and adept at helping the client to identify and explore the roots of issues, be they physical and/or emotional, holding back health progress. Meg is insightful and intuitive in her coaching style and is not afraid to dive into the hard stuff. I have found her coaching to be direct, useful, informative and really fun!
