I did not end up choosing this apartment but I had a very nice tour and they were professional throughout my tour. However afterwards they never followed back up on my emails which I found odd. Ultimately I found a better fit but better communication could have led to a different outcome.
Safe, clean, well-managed, and in a great location. We lived here for a year, and moved out of state, otherwise would have tried to stay forever! It is walking distance from a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and the max/bus station. Yes, it is a little expensive, but so worth it in my opinion. Sellwood is such a gem. <3
Really solid apartments in sellwood. Underground parking, nice courtyard and small gym. I had lots of encounters with Taylor from management and she is awesome, very helpful. Maintenance folks are super nice and very fast with issues.
Wonderful building with great amenities! I've lived here for 4 years and Taylor and the whole management team have been nothing but great the entire time. Incredible access to the entirety of the city from this location as well. Can't be beat!
