I love that you can customize the noodle texture (thin, thick, wide, extra wide, etc.) and there were so many noodle options! Spacious seating and nice interior. Parking was a little hard, but understandable. We got the braised beef noodle soup and chongqing spicy noodles, with spicy wontons. Braised beef was a little disappointing (beef was tough and broth flavor was a little bland). But the chongqing spicy noodles were perfect! Spicy wontons also seemed a little salty. Wonderful people, wonderful food. The ability to choose from different noodle types is unique and I love it. I’ve been to China and this place is quite authentic. I especially recommend the Dan Dan noodles.
