I love this Place. If you want to get pampered, have someone take they time and not do a rush job. This is the place! Nice looking place too. They do it all and the owner is so sweet and she loves what she do. My new favorite nail spa the last time I went the lady shaved my real nails down so much they was in so much pain and puss was coming out of my middle finger. My doctor told me to stop getting my nails done and now I’m just gonna get a over lay once they finish healing

I will never go to this nail salon! I called to inquire about eyelashes and the woman was so nasty to me on the phone. I was super respectful on the phone and I didn't curse. There are so many other nail salons in Norristown like Norristown nails or Tony's nail salon that will treat you with respect and have an amazing reputation for great eyelash experiences. I do not recommend this nail salon. It presents a depiction negatively of how I would be treated.

I really wanted to give this place another chance and have been back several times after I completely gave up just because is conveniently located but most of their regular polish are old and they are separated and dry well and when you choose gel they do a terrible job, at least the 2 person that have serviced me don’t know how to do a decent gel painting job, the product looks super thick on the cuticle and creates this “flooding” visual effect on the edges, some nails (pedicure) are flooding or wavy, I pointed it out to t... read more
