Bad experience. Months of promises and excuses and still left without our custom order, the watch we ordered nor the repair we requested. No attempt to contact us ever during the process. We were always the one to call. Very poor communication and customer service. Will not be back

Christina was wonderful! She helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring to propose. She helped me get the most beautiful ring while staying in my budget and took the time to look at many different options with me. I got an amazing deal on a beautiful stone! She even came in and opened up the store on a day they are normally closed and I had the entire store to browse and pick a ring by myself. I was so happy to find a place that could do my watch repair while I waited. I had a watch whose link had broken and Christina immediately took the watch back and fixed it. The price was very reasonable. She was so pleasant and the watch looked great! I cannot wait to come back and see all the new pieces she gets in regularly.
