Please don't use this firm at all. Like the last review, they only want to charge as much as possible. I called this firm on behalf of a grieving widow who had lost her husband tragically. The receptionist informed me she would get the partner to contact me, which he did, and then I called back the same day to organise a meeting with the widow and the lawyer.
