I believe I made the right decision by going through my insurance company and using their approved vendor for the replacement of my roof and siding. We had our siding, soft metals, and roof done by Meerkat Roofing and Exteriors. Overall, we're quite happy with the quality of work. Everything looks great and was installed professionally. The back office can be very busy, so email responses were sometimes delayed or went unanswered for a while. That said, whenever I picked up the phone to call, they were responsive and issues were resolved quickly. Terrible! workmanships when the siding was installed on my house house. For the past 6 years I have had multiple siding companies come out and make repairs as required, As you can see by the photos attached the siding is either to tight or to loose and is over 70% warped over the entire house, Meerkat did come out and make some repairs in the past unfortunately that didn't last longer then 1 to 2 years depending on the specific area.
