I had an appt set with this doctor. Called in to advise them of an insurance change. The lady I spoke with didn't even look up my new insurance (same company but different group number) to see what type it was. She "Assumed" it was not ACA compliant. When I asked her what she meant by that she became very rude. She said they would charge me upfront. I asked whey they didn't tell me that before. I explained that no one else had ever done that. I said just cancel my appt and she hung up on me. They need to clean house!

I found Dr Nair and her staff, especially Judy, the kindest and most caring office I had been to in a long time. Dr Nair was fabulous, and I was thrilled to meet her. Very professional, a great personality, and a quick diagnosis and suggested treatment. I highly recommend her.

Showed up in the office 15min late, they denied us to be seen, charged us with $100 no show fee and rescheduled us for a far away date. For a first time 15min delay it’s a harsh penalty, no flexibility or care from the office manager at all, we were just another invaluable patient on Dr Nair overwhelmed line of patients.

Dr Nair is nice, smart lady, but will never go back. Can't get meds refilled, 3 weeks of back and forth and still nothing. Don't have time to deal with it. Save yourself the trouble.

Dr. Anumba Gupta at Si-Med in Gainesville, FLA is a tremendous asset to the practice. Her thorough, highly progressional patient-centered approach made all the difference to me. No doubt she made all the difference in meeting my health goals.
