I have rented from Meer and Company for the past 3 and a half years. Everything was ok, hiccups here abd there with their servicing. In March 2017, I requested assistance with a leak in main bathroom. It took them 5 months to send someone out to repair. I had to send a warranty of habitability, which there was no response to. Come to find out that the owner of the property was selling the unit and we had to move out, so they used manipulation and ignore tactics to get my family out sooner.
