Terrible bedside manner. I needed to discuss symptoms of a chronic lifelong condition and possible treatment. The PA said in an exasperated voice that I could have messaged them about prescriptions/refills instead of coming to my scheduled checkup appt. She said to check out at the front desk and walked out. I called to cancel my next appt and was still charged a no show fee. This office is so wildly unprofessional.
Went for burning and pain in my hand,not for a fracture. What's up with that.
