If I didn't have to give a star, I wouldn't. First off, Dr Sharma was very rude and condescending. I had an endarterectomy the year before last and have been having nerve issues kn my neck and shoulder since then, she tried to tell me that I wasn't hurting where I said I was. Then she she completely changed up my medications , cut my blood pressure meds way down and then prescribed me extra blood pressure meds that interact with my other blood pressure meds so I couldn't even take them to help control my very elevated BP. Dr Sharma has been my daughter's doctor for years now. He's very thorough and caring. I thank God for him. My daughter has been at deaths door several times, but because of doctors like him, she's still here and still a mother to her children. Thank you Dr. Sharma.
I had An appointment when I got the confirmation generated phone call I call up there myself to make sure they took my insurance. I got told they did. I was late I called and let them know and the lady I spoke with was very nice very professional she said it was fine come in and I’ll still be seen. Whoever answers the phone needs to get off the phone always has attitude, I been going there for a while and she always like that. I will be changing doctor’s office after this.
Dr. Sharma’s office staff are, without question, the most unprofessional, condescending, and outdated people I have ever encountered in healthcare. My 94-year-old mother is a patient here. Getting her to Burleson in person is extremely difficult, so almost all communication happens by phone. Every single interaction with the front desk has been hostile, dismissive, and dripping with attitude.
