I had a MRI last month and no one has reached out to let me know my results. I have called over 6 times and even went to the location to leave a message.. NOTHING! I call to schedule and appointment to speak with someone.. no answer.. this is the worst experience ever. Then they respond via message on my chart saying the doctor called me ONCE and I didn’t answer… mind you this was AFTER I’ve left several messages and when they called no one left a message or anything.. my response to that insensitive message “They called one... read more
This facility is well designed and clean with no waiting Staff is pleasant and welcoming makes me feel care for.
Has a very pleasant way of explaining necessary procedures with all details when you have doubts(afraid) of side effects.
On my 59 years, I had never found a doctor that made me feel so comfortable. I was making sure that I do understand everything that I need to do and gives me a time for myself and not trying to get rid of me because they’re too busy I’m very happy With Dr. Naly
