She is very detailed but too rigid. She refused to refill life long meds unless I saw her even though they don't change,refused to take over prescribing a mild anti dependent even after my other Dr authorized. She said most any other Dr would have no problem but she does. She admitted she is overly cautious. She had already prescribed another then refused to renew it. Recommended we get a flu shot, we waited around in office, only to have them come back 10minutes later and say they were out. They said we should just go to a drugstore. Then months later, we receive a bill for that flu shot they didn't have or administer. Overall very unhelpful, dismissive and condescending visit, and now this wrong bill.
