No. She is so condescending and cold. Loses her temper, never knows what meds she has me on, and tries to seem caring by calling me sweetie. I once disagreed with her and she made an exaggerated "sad" face and told me I could "just hate her if I wanted to." Before I even finish a sentence she cuts me off and starts shaking her head. My pharmacist says the doctor is notorious for ignoring even timely, appropriate refill requests and makes it so hard to get your medications, you finally give up.
She takes care of me excellently well.
Great doctor that took care of my whole family. When I live in Hillsboro, OR, Dr. Aggarwal was our primary doctor. She cares a great deal for her patients. Best office staff I have ever came across, hands down. If I ever move back to Oregon, I will be returning to this doctor for sure.
The office staff and Dr Aggarwal have managed to do what most offices and clinicians fail to do. Too often, if you find a caring Doctor, the staff is rude at best and inept at worst. This staff is pleasant and professional. Dr Aggarwal, herself, is compassionate, kind and most importantly, very knowledgable and professional.
This office is extremely inefficient. They argue over every procedure and even basic medications. You can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. Their answer to. all patient needs is weight loss, supplements, instead of commonly prescribed medications or treatments. Everyone seems to be treated as a drug seeker...which I am not? The prescription nurse never okays a prescription , even thyroid meds. After waiting hours for her phone call, you'll be treated with arrogance.
