Very unprofessional, like who takes an hour lunch break before your clients appointment. Wait until you go home for that. Once you’re at work it’s time to work not drag your feet and waste time.
Why did these people have my friend waiting for 2 hours after they gave her a set time to be there then told her to come back in another two hours. And took a walk in customer over her whole time she’s sitting in the waiting area. Terrible customer service.
Great job Mariah! My daughter loves her hair. 10/10
