Never returns phone calls to patients. Pharmacy has a hard time getting up with her to refill medications. She gets very short and blunt when you ask her why she didn't do something and she knows she's wrong. She is a retired colonel and it shows in her work with her patients but not with the office staff she says the staff is not her problem.
