Do not use this company for anything. Completely dishonest and overpriced. Couldn’t even figure out what the cause of my leak was yet they wanted me to pay $115 bucks for five minutes of work. Fraud. Stay away.
update : after 6 days I finally got a call telling me they could schedule a day to come or they could even send someone now. I asked them if they could do the whole house then. She said no I have already hired someone else and told them so. She said ok well then she would send an invoice for the guy coming out. It would be for $198.00. This I am having a hard time with, this new detection charge, when the first leak detector charged me $98.00 and was there much longer checking things out. I think at one point Meeks might have been a very good company. The reason I choose them is because they advertise on the Christian Radio station, so I felt I could trust them. You shall know them by their fruits. I bought this house in September. My water bill until December was $25. 00 a month. I got a call from the water company telling me I must have a leak my water bill for that month $145.00. January 2021. I called Meeks. This was a Thursday. Called Meeks Plumbing on Wednesday, September 9th for an appointment that was scheduled for September 14th. I called the office when no one showed at the scheduled time to see if I was on their schedule. WELL.... I was surprised to hear they had no listing of my appointment. Scratch Meeks Plumbing off of my list good contractors.
This disgusting this happen yesterday 6/24/20 @ Windsor Apartment in Ocala Fl, they open the valve and let the feces among everything that was coming out from apt #5, don’t you guys have special trucks to suck and drain the feces of everyone and by the way it was inspection day and the owners of the apartments were at the location and didn’t even bother to clean it, this is a biohazard and must be treated accordingly.
