We had the people we purchased the house from have a termite inspection/treatment done before we agreed to the purchase of the home. A couple years later. I noticed termintes swarming out of a wall of our car port. I then noticed the the wall had not been treated. I called the office and explained and was told the would send someone out. They didn't.
