We ordered custom earrings through them. Very easy process, and quite attractive.
Beautiful expensive jewelry, somewhat limited selection. the service is superb, and they were willing to work with me on a custom order.
This store is beautiful! It's been outfitted to bring out the charm of the older building and showcase all of the wonderful jewelry makers featured. The staff was very knowledgeable about the variations and cuts of each stone and she was able to give me some background on the artists, which I really appreciated. If you have an appreciation for unique fine jewelry it's definitely worth the stop.
I've actually only shopped with them online...but their selection is fabulous, as is their customer service. Someday I will visit one of their stores..Until this I will continue to pine for many of their lovely wares.
